Growing up in the midst of the local vineyards helped Jim grow “roots” in our community. Born in Sacramento, and raised in Lodi, CA, he spent many hours at work with his Dad, a banker. The rest of his time was spent in the fieldss with his Grandpa. With a banker Dad, and a farmer Grandpa, real estate was in Jim’s blood.
Jim graduated from California State University, Sacramento, earning a degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. He has over 25 years of Real Estate experience. In the beginning years, Jim developed commercial buildings, warehouses, and shopping malls all along the western states. He then went on to work for a national bank corporation, where he was responsible for all management aspects of the real estate holdings for the bank in the entire state of California.
During that time, he found his passion in helping people become first time homebuyers. He developed the first National Down-payment Assistance Program, without government assistance, and watched it quickly grow from California to 49 states across the country in three short years. This program has since helped over three hundred and fifty thousand people become homeowners throughout the United States.
Growing up in our community, Jim is dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly, and a generous leader.
